We believe that the Bible is inspired by God and has no errors in its original writing. We believe it carries the authority of God to direct us in every area of physical and spiritual life.
We believe that there is only one God, the Creator of everything, and He has revealed Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God; He is fully God and fully man. We believe He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born to the Virgin Mary. He suffered and died for our sins, was buried and rose from the dead, and is now seated at the right hand of God.
We believe that all are in need of salvation, and that no one can have eternal life without repenting of their sins, trusting in Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, and individually receiving Him as their Lord and Savior.
We believe that every believer is a priest of the Lord and has direct access to God through Jesus Christ. We believe every person has ultimate responsibility for their Christian growth. (1 Peter 2:9)
We believe that water baptism by immersion is a necessary accompaniment to faith in Christ.
We believe that the Holy Spirit has been given to all Christians, and that the second experience of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is available to all. We also believe that all the gifts of the Holy Spirit are valid today, and are meant to be part of the normal Christian life. (I Corinthians 12-14)
We believe in regularly taking the Lord’s Supper (communion) together, as Jesus commanded, to remember His death until He returns.
We believe that the Lord has designed the local church as the primary vehicle to extend His Kingdom here on earth, to help transform local communities and to touch the world.
We believe that marriage is the basic and fundamental unit of human society and is a covenant witnessed by God between one man and one woman for life. We believe it is intended to be a visible expression of the relationship of Christ to His Church.
We believe that God is the author of life, and that life and personhood begins at conception.
We believe in the visible, bodily return of Christ to gather His church to Himself and to judge the world. We believe in everlasting life for the believer and everlasting judgment for the unbeliever.
