Become stronger in body, mind and spirit through the five “F’s” of the Daniel Plan: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends! We will incorporate the basics of faith and fellowship with the D.P. food plan (no, you don’t have to diet, to participate!) and fun, low-impact movement. Wear comfortable clothing; we’re going to get active! Also included will be video and discussion time, and snack, fellowship and prayer time.
There may be some cost for purchase of basic fitness materials like a workout mat and/or stretchy band. No other books or materials are required.
