The Daniel Plan Group

The Daniel Plan program helps to equip us with the practical tools to bring health into every area of our lives!
This fall, our group will incorporate what we learned last semester about healthy eating with a special focus on improving fitness. Meetings will include a short video, fellowship, discussion and prayer time, recipe exchanging and a healthy snack to enjoy, and working on learning some “fitness moves” that we can incorporate into our own fitness regimens.
